Simone A. Putnam Simone is a partner with RAFFA and she currently manages the HR Outsourcing practice of the firm. Simone expands the talents of the group with 20 years of work experience in HR, finance, accounting and employee and customer relations. She joined RAFFA in May 2001. In addition to managing HR Outsourcing client engagements, she assists clients with high-level HR and management consulting projects.Some of the services provided and managed by Simone include executive level recruiting, evaluation of HR policies and procedures, creating/revising employee handbooks, creating/revising performance management systems, compensation studies, employee relations, benefits administration, outplacement services, day-to-day HR functions for clients, and various types of consulting projects. Simone graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration where she majored in Finance. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Simone remains apprised of current industry trends by attending courses, seminars and meetings concerning changes in federal and state employment laws and regulations, changes in legislation regarding employee benefits and human resources best practices. Simone regularly teaches seminars on various HR topics, and serves as the Vice President of the Board of the Northern Virginia Aids Ministry. |
