Overview
In an effort to create meaningful work and a workplace culture that supported giving back to the community, Tom Raffa set out to create RAFFA in 1984. Tom knew that professional service firms fall in two categories:

A linear approach, where they provide effective services and stay very focused.

A circular approach, in which the provider delivers a solution that impacts the entire organization. This is the RAFFA Method. By taking into consideration the whole organization, we utilize a more holistic approach.

RAFFA has evolved into much more than just an accounting firm.
