Washington, D.C. – Rachael Gibson and Tom LaSalvia join Raffa, P.C. as part of the consulting firm’s growing Nonprofit Sustainability, Search and Succession practice.
Gibson most recently served as the President/CEO of Mosaica, a nationally known consulting organization focused on capacity building and program evaluation for nonprofits, foundations, and government entities. She brings more than a decade of management consulting experience related to strategic planning, leadership development, board development, fundraising, and program evaluation.
Gibson’s role at Raffa will be to co-lead the sustainability and succession planning engagements and be part of Raffa’s efforts to build the field of succession and transition planning and other capacity building services for nonprofit organizations and social enterprises.
LaSalvia will serve as a Senior Consultant on the Nonprofit Sustainability, Succession and Transition Planning team. Prior to joining Raffa, he served as Manager of Consulting and Executive Transitions at Third Sector New England, where he led their organizational transition and executive search practice. LaSalvia brings more than 20 years of senior executive and management consulting experience across multiple sectors to Raffa.
LaSalvia’s role at Raffa is to help build the succession, sustainability, transition and search practice and to bring his experience in evaluation and program development to Raffa’s work in expanding its consulting practice and contributing to the strengthening of the transition consulting field r nationally.
